Beyond Beauty Camp is a division of Better than Before Image & Etiquette Institute, LLC. Better than Before Image & Etiquette was established in 2008 by Melodie Davis-Bundrage to serve girls ages 9-16 because of her vision to combine her professional expertise with her passion for the beauty industry in a way to teach, train, and motivate young girls to reach their fullest potential and have confidence in themselves.

Beyond Beauty Camp is looking for camp counselors to staff the Winter 2009 & Spring 2009 break camps and Summer 2009 camp. Candidates should be collegiate age or above and available on weekends beginning January 2009 for training. Current study or an educational background in fashion merchandising, beauty college, human resources, business management or administration, marketing, or education is preferred along with required desire to empower, train, and be a positive influence for young girls.
