Aloha Tower Marketplace

September 13th, 2009 Posted in 123triad

The opening of Aloha Tower Marketplace in 1994 made Honolulu Harbor the only place in the nation to combine a visitor attraction, shops and restaurants, and a working commercial harbor facility - all in one place. Take a stroll though the historic Honolulu Harbor area with their guide and experience the romance of Hawaii from a bygone era. Look around and you’ll see the harbor-sensitive architecture.

Architects carefully designed the Marketplace to complement its beautiful location at Honolulu Harbor, with the designer going as far as selecting a special shade of green for the roof tiles to blend in with the Waterfront and the 8,750 square-foot, two tiered food court designed like a ship’s deck complete with flying fish.

In addition, territorial-style architecture reminiscent of Honolulu in the 1930s and 1940s is showcased throughout Aloha Tower Marketplace. Exhilarating sunset ocean views, the hottest in Hawaii entertainment, divine cuisine and superb shopping all under one roof draws locals and visitors alike to this lively Marketplace by the sea.
